Cracker of a hunter at Stratford tomorrow in the 8:30. Realistically, there are four hours who are in with a shout.

Tammys Hill and Salsify have duelled before. This time you would have to say that Salsify is the easy favourite. It has the better ground, is supposed to be 100% fit and it has the form.

The next threat is Chapturgeon, a horse who Salsify has beaten pretty consistently. I can't really see it doing much tomorrow.

The final horse who is in with a shout is Mossey Joe, a horse who I think has showed improved form and has looked quite progressive. It will like the ground. The only concern is the trip, it has won over 3m 1, but is untested of 3m 4.

For me Salsify is the bet, and I 've been trying to nibble at the 2.5 available here.

Thoughts?
