I have been having a lot of problems placing bets on my Betfair account..
I place a bet, and it shows it is matched on the left hand side of the screen, but on the right hand side of the screen it says no bets have been placed ??
When I click on current bets, the bets are there...
I use the Google Chrome Browser.
I rang Betfair to try to resolve the problem, I had to hang on for 10 minutes before the call was answered, and the guy asked me to clear the Cookies etc.
I did that and when I got back to the phone he had hung up...
15 minutes on the phone and now I discover the charge rate on the 0844 871 numbers is 5.015p per minute plus VAT.
So it has cost me a £1 to get absolutely nowhere...
I tried ringing again and got the same "please continue to hold" message...
No doubt for another 10 minutes...

on the "my bets" tab on the right of your screen, at the bottom of that section there are some check boxes, tick the "matched bet" box, tick any others you need to suit your preferences but it's the matched bet one that is the reason they don't show

Just a message "You do not have any bets on this market".
For some reason the amounts on the left-hand side are all being shown in $, and the minimum bet is $4.00

log out, then close your browser, then log back in, if you can switch from chrome to firefox just try that and see if you get the same problems
the check boxes will be there if you have bets in that market, they don't show if you are in place bets, just in the my bets tab
i guess you've done this already but just checking
chrome sometimes require you to clear cookies, if you don't have an alternative browser clear the cookies before you reload your betfair page

a good point swifty, i forgot that some people might be using that pile of junk lol
Have you updated chrome to the newest release? Best browser out them all for me.
If you dont like paying premium rates Use the number. ...... 020 8834 8060
re: if you can switch from chrome to firefox just try that and see if you get the same problems
