Emailed them this morning, still waiting for a reply.

They get that many complaints these days.

The cashback was on net winnings aswell as losses

When did you get paid out ?

I also got paid £2 but it was residual funds from some Aussie bets made in March. Surely they don't think we will believe this is our 25% cashback?

Well, they emailed back today and said they'd passed it on to another department.

Received my credit yesterday morning, queried the amount with Kevin from helpdesk this morning, corrected and paid into my account within 30 minutes. Thank you Kevin, excellent service.

Quick update: Still waiting for the "promotions department" to get back to me. Emailed them again yesterday and still waiting for a reply. As long as I have breath in my body I will go on fighting for my 25% cashback. They can take my money but they'll never take my CAAAAAAASSSSSSSSHBAAAACK.
