The British Horseracing Authority (BHA) has received an application from Saeed bin Suroor for Moulton Paddocks stables to be included as an additional yard on his training licence on a temporary basis.
Speaking regarding the licensing status of Moulton Paddocks, Adam Brickell, Director of Integrity, Legal and Risk for the BHA, said:
"We have informed Saeed bin Suroor and Godolphin that the BHA will not be relicensing the yard until the test results are known for all the Godolphin owned horses stabled in Newmarket."
Under the Rules of Racing, upon the approval of any licence for the establishment, no horses at Moulton Paddocks will be permitted to run for a period of 14 days. Separately, the 15 horses known to have been administered with either Ethylestranol or Stanozolol have been suspended from running in races for a period of six months, with effect from Tuesday 9th April 2013.
Moulton Paddocks is the yard which was formerly under the care of Mahmood Al Zarooni, and has been unlicensed since a disqualification of eight years was imposed on him by the Disciplinary Panel of the BHA on 25th April 2013
"the BHA will not be relicensing the yard until the test results are known for all the Godolphin owned horses stabled in Newmarket"
That seems like guilty before being proven innocent.

where are they accusing him. if they dont check the rest of the horses and in the furture they had tested positive because of the previous trainer, imagine the uproar.

Wasn't Nicky Henderson banned for something? Did the owners of his horses have to have all their horses tested at other stables? Were the trainers of those other horses prevented from doing anything?
