A pseudo hermaphrodite.
Filly called Tuesday's Child in South Africa tested positive for a Testostorone overload....stewards accepted the pseudo hermaphrodite story from the vets and ordered a reclassification of the filly to a colt!

Same happened to Dana International in the Eurovision Song Contest, m7.
I seem to remember a story in the RP a few months back along similar lines, about a horse in this country (wasn't named)
