cetainly not!  Ask anyone on BF's helpdesk, they'll tell you what a happy little sausage I am

The live vid is rubbish,but the customer service is abhorrant,the video service didnt work so what did they do started to charge for it.If you think calling customer service will help carry on but most on here realise the Execs at Betfair do not give 2 hoots about its customers,this also applies to Sky,Virgin,BT most of the energy companies.

Only one way to show your displeasure is do not use the product and do your utmost to F*** it up.
