On RP website at end of race you can flip from Diomed to spotlight verdict but you have to pay for the latter (be a site member etc)
The RP Paper has all spotlight comments and at the end a Verdict which is the same as the Diomed Verdict on the RP site.
What then is the Spotlight verdict and how does it differ from the Diomed one, given the Spotlight comments are made by the person giving the Verdict in the paper?

If you open cards on W Hill spotlight verdicts are there above the card.
