Dreading Royal Ascot on C4, but ATR will be worse with Big Mac etc.
BBC used to do decent coverage, you got a sence of the occasion, even the old queen doing the fashion was funny with his snidey comments, they still focused on the horses though, something C4 failed to do today. And don't get me started on the camera angles again Angry

That's the one , no sense off occasion today

BBC coverage was eccentric but you got the sense off how important the horse or race was , ch4 are failing miserably drowning in a sea of blandness ,

They never used to be that bad

I know C4 were promoting the race to the brain dead and reality tv freaks but that show last night was gutter tv at it`s worse.

I thought it was better than BBC, marginally. Bland, but at least no Richard Pitman

Ok, deep down you're all feeling it, but no-one dare say it for fear of humiliation. I'll stick my neck out and be the first:

BRING BACK TOMMO
