.. last nights Alan Carr charade was pitiful ( turned off). It seems that there is no length that these so called ''celebrities'' won't do to get on the box ! J R & J C are never off the t.v.
Todays coverage..
The new (sic) presentation looks tired and dated already...... God alone knows what they'll do to make the Royal Ascot meeting interesting and entertaining...

I love horseracing,I work in the industry,I go to watch it at many different courses,I love to watch on the tv.
In all my years of this I have not been more disappointed with the dreadful coverage of todays Grand National,it had no buzz,and those terrible camera angles,the only good thing to come out of the coverage was the professionism of Claire Balding. |

Concur. Think that the new format is just not working... and the camera angles were very poor. The new production team have a lot of catching up to do .

Mick Fitz seems like a really nice compassionate bloke and has character Balding excellent as always The rest were pisspoor. Sam Thomas seems particularly charmless |

But biscuit taken today by this lot Cameras were pyspoor One of the great sights is watching the Chair WTF was that camera zooming after them One fence obscured by a tv screen Fitzy - how many had a "whale of a time" Then on the replay they fook up the canal turn fence abt 5 times |

The new production company seem very poor as regards relaying events to the viewer... massive room for improvement !

Just watched most of the c4 coverage. I don't think the format works very well no matter where they are, the replay was poor mixing fences up and missing the page. That said I think they went into today a little wary of what could go wrong. I have seen the Beeb do worse.
