Terrible attitudes, surly, poorly dressed, looking down on punters and treating them like pondlife.

What companies staff are you talking about btw? I work for Billy Hillys and all our shop staff are polite and helpful thanks

really, may I give you an instance.
I went into one this morning at 9am and requested a price on a horse in the grand national, I was shown the A-Z screen which showed the horse at 10/1, when I had already seen it on the early price terminal at 12/1, after pointing this out to the member of staff I was told rather aggressively 'ARE YOU TRYING TO TELL ME HOW TO DO MY JOB', she them got the correct screen up and it did indeed show 12/1 although on the A-Z screen it still showed 10/1. I have just been to collect at another shop tonight, and was told, 'its going to be half an hour, I've just locked the safe', no 'Hello sir, I am very sorry but could you come back as I have just set the safe, it will be another 30 mins' Treated like sh1t, I just walked out. |
