Claim running out too soon maybe.................or just one of those days
I had the pleasure of meeting his sister a few times....
They all have their day in the sun. Not many make a go of it unless you’re well connected.
Read Frankie’s, autobiography, apparently when he was a claimer trainers were asking him to lose races, he refused and lost a lot of rides but the trainers who wanted to win employed him which set off a very successful career.
