Quite right,gosforth.

Flyingbolt, the thread is about why RUK don't give their viewers what they want - if you are so naïve that you can't see that this is absolutely not the commercial agenda, it's hardly my problem...
By:
Actually the thread is about James Willoughby.
The clue is in the title, son. It wouldn't matter if the thread was about The Flowerpot Men . You woukld still appear saying the same thing as always. |
By:
Whatever, flyingbolt...

What they appear to miss is that punditry is of no real concern to us punters,as we already know what our plan of action is,or should do,regardless of the endless waffle spouted by these pundits.graham, why say 20 words when you can say 200 words,Cunningham,or James, let me turn this into a technicsal operation Willoughby.
Football is even worse. The Montenegro v England game contained stat. after stat. after stat. from that clown Clive Tyldesley, and his not-needed sidekick. One commentator is more than enough. The reference librasry is the place for stats. The majority of sport is watched by dedicated viewers, and the action is what it is all about. For racing, Paddock Going to start Race Replay |

What they really seem to miss is that this subscription channel is called Racing UK.

"The figures never lie"
I expect the pace was all wrong for Await The Dawn. |
By:
Best horse never wins.
By:
Exactly,Kingmambo. That is his problem.
By:
He is an A grade chopper.
By:
he has mcnaes chopper in his arse
By:
willoughby would be quite capable of putting 2 and 2 together and coming up with 5, and then would write a rather complex thesis as to why 5 is actually the correct answer anyway!
By:
"No bolty he can't quicken off those fractions on firm grnd" yet he backed it this morning ffs
![]() What a pair of c00nts, these two are, and chuck in Derrick Smith's kid, gimpy little git, little runts jubilant celebrations every time one of O brien's wins, coolmore boys must have all of the old mans cash by now ![]() |

You have him summed up perfectly, duffy.

I'm all for insight and thinking outside the box, but it is the way it is presented as gospel after the END of each race time and time again in that 'know it all' manner.

By:
I'm all for insight and thinking outside the box
the problem with willoughby is that he thinks outside the dodecahedron!! |
By:
They should stick him into that fraacking haldron collider, and crank it up, full whack
![]() |
By:
he'd give it indigestion

It's the attitude that is the problem really. Has the quality at this carnival really been as good as they have been telling us... Really?
Some good horse for sure, but quite as good as they would have us believe? Hmmm. As an international racing enthusiast with an open mind (who also enjoys jump racing shock horror!), I am not so sure. |
By:
the carnival is never any good only a circus for the boys in blue.willow said earlier anyone who does nor like this racing does not like flat racing.i love the flat hate the jumps but i also hate the carnival.mellish even said he could not stand the carnival either

The fact that the fav for the World Cup struggled to win a G3 over here tells a story imo. ![]() |

I like Willoughby. Dream team for a racing channel - ideally Channel 4's coverage - Willoughby, Cattermole, Matt Chapman, Jason Weaver, Lydia Hislop, Steve Mellish.
Too many gravy train racing pundits been doing it for too long, & so grey in their presentation. At least Willow is leftfield & individual in his approach. Refreshing imho. |
By:
neesom shocking omission from dream team
By:
Weaver and Cattermole is a frightening inclusion

Just to wind up the day, Willoughby declared that ROYAL DELTA WILL WIN THE DUBAI WORLD CUP BECAUSE THE GROUND CONDITIONS SAY SO.

![]() Weaver ![]() Cattermole ![]() Not much point being "left field and original" if you dont know what you are talking about. |

By:
... he finished last but one.

Apparently that was a 'brilliant performance' from Animal Kingdom!! Chuckle, chuckle.
By:
Must have been a top class race.
Red Cadeaux finished 2nd and Side Glance almost got placed. |
By:
ok james you have made a cuunt of yourself you can fuuk off home now
By:
he waited all day to completely miss-read that race(it happens).
