If you state tricast then it has to be in the correct order and is 120 bets.

Suppose between them they fill the first 3 places.

You want to collect no matter what order they finish in.

Here are the possibilities with 'a' winning:-

Count them. there's 20 combinations, and that's just with 'a' winning.

Now multiply by 6, because any of the 6 could have won.

It IS 120 ....

Now go and buy a Scratchcard, instead  - "mad one".
