Apart from that, I'm getting used to this new C4 format. So long as Rishi stays away. Nice guy but not good at presenting racing.

This is very relaxing this afternoon without Rishi to wind me up. And no Clare.

Clare is good but she does tend to dominate the programme. Like it's her show.
