Anyone setting off for Sedgefield check that it's on before you set off. It's just put about a quarter of an inch of snow down here.I would imagine it will be still raceable at the moment but anymore snow could put the meeting in doubt.
I do plenty of that & when things go wrong, it's more than hot air that comes out. However in all seriousness DONEIT this meeting has got to be in doubt.

Tony are you going to the meeting ...could do with a voice of reason.Entrance fees must be brought up and asked of their strategy .Newcastle is consistently cheaper and in there catchment area.In fact all local tracks are cheaper by comparison ....Thirsk Redcar catterick Newcastle Ripon........

Fairprice No I'm not going to the meeting,I feel my time will be better spent taking the Grand Daughter for a walk along the sea front at Seaton Carew than listening to folk who wont listen to you.I would only start about that Blackmail that is the car park when we are having to pay mandotory sponsorship at the badge box. This is wrong,we really have no alternative parking yet we are having to pay for parking plus HAVING to pay sponsorship when it should be voluntary. As for the pricing, aren't they controlled by the group?I don't think they have much say how much they can charge at an ordinary meeting whereas if self funding(as boxing day) then they can set their own prices.Boxing Day this year(even if they'd charged the correct price)it was still cheaper to work Wetherby than Sedgefield.I don't need to tell you where I'll be next Boxing Day.
