This company should thank their lucky stars that they have established a monopoly on the exchanges due to good marketing and good timing in arriving on the scene.

They should be happy that their customers as daft enough not to shop elsewhere, if we all pissed off to the Purple site, i would not take long to improve.
2% comm offer today should have turned the ship around. Happy days ahead.
People on here have made several suggestions on here as to how **** could improve themselves,none of which has been taken up.
