I joined your site in 2000 it .was great for about 5 years. It has got worse and worse since. Its only the reliability that is so poor. The big players cannot deal with any confidence hence your share price drifts and falls further. You should have had a product that killed the high street bookies but you have run it so poorly that it cannot grow. As someone else has said why didnt you have a different site for football and a different site for racing. It is always when the football starts that there are problems

well said greymonk. all betfair seem to care about is whose columns they can get. read all about nichools, mccain and so and so . i for one don't give a fucck about any of them columns and i am sure the trainers who write them don't either. could have spent the money on better software not stupid columns.
