Did i read this right?

The words "Gambling Commission" and "Respected" in the same sentenceLaugh

Fcuk me, its extortion 21st Century style for this group of shameless freeloaders, at least the Mafioso brought some seriously good food to the table as compensation, unlike this clueless rabble

Hardly surprising from an outfit that rolled over against a takeover 18 months ago that offered a paltry premium against their share price.

Look at their history , they have consistently bought high and sold low in several ventures, cinemas, films, butlins, etc

sad to see demise of one of the original internet betting firms - we all remember the marketing days of the bluesq blimp - was always going to fail once they put in the lstminute.com guys - mark jones - never had a bet in his life and had a bad rep at lastminute - you don't get  plumber to wire your house .....

Founded in 2000.Take it from me they are a no go area manxy.

i would rather take it from some of the 100 or so local people who work for them, not some internet gobshye thanks.

100 people !!
Hope your ratings are a tad more accurate. There will not be more than 20 people working there 24/7 as everything is "automated" and most of those 20 wouldn't know a bet from a banjo. If Jim Mellon had not consistently been pumping in money the firm would have gone 10 years ago.

How do I know - I am unfortunately a shareholderCrazy

And it is Gobshyte....

the first internet account i ever had back in the good old dial up days when we logged in to the sound of the pc doing an impression of a donkey with its nuts in a vice. in many way pioneers at the time.

however also the first to close an account i held so good riddance. as you reap so shall you sow.

Without wishing to speak ill of the dead, but the on course pitches were run by a clown who refused to take any money and would rather spend his afternoon telling 'jokes' .

Rather difficult to show a profit on anything with a zero turnover after exes.

Have they closed early? Their site been down all morning. Not like it's a busy day racing after a dearth or anything!

As someone who currently works for Blue Square I can confirm that we are indeed still in business. Every customer's funds are safe and all bets will be honoured

Even I managed to get some via a new account from Scotland Blush

Wolf - I was going to say that but it was a little bit obvious.Add the cost of getting off the rancid rock and dealing with the half wits who cling onto it makes my bedsit in Blackburn look toasty Happy

Have you ever been to Alderney home for tea, just cos you had issues with the Gambling Commission doesn't make it a rancid rock you moron

Why is it you infest every thread where there is a bit of conflict and spout your Shyte?

Blackburn or the Channel Islands?...um I might need a minute or two to think about that one
