It seems a bizarre decision given that there is a 3-runner event at Newcastle tomorrow that will generate even less turnover.

relies on the proximity of bookmakers to urban wallets as a tax related higher priority than the funding, welfare
and future of horse racing, sad but very true...

For the British public and the racing tracks the legalisation of high street gambling has been a severe
pain in the arse and will continue to get much worse.

Thankfully Ireland places the culture of Racing on a higher level than parasitical high street betting
