As someone who has run laying threads in the long-distant past I think you have to use BFSP ( and arguably deduct commission ). There may not be much to pick between the two at evens or less but above that the BFSP is generally higher often by a lot. I started mine when there was no BFSP so had to use ISP. I added 30% to the target to compensate but was still given a lot of stick for the results being unrealistic ( I'm still not sure if that was fair or not ).
Having said that I would not knock KC. How he has managed to keep going this long is beyond me.
