Hi all,
Anyone else been having problems with these cowboys? (Don't ask what I was doing even using them!!) Requested a withdrawal around 3 weeks ago (for over £1,000) but still not reached me account.
Customer Service is a joke (based in Philippines) who just constantly feed you generic bull about bank errors, large volumes of requests etc. Obviously the website is now closed, and you can no longer access the account section.
Getting pretty concerned, so wonder if anyone else is in a similar position, or had a resolution?

OP...I withdrew around 4 ton monday before last, and was in my bank by the thursday, when I reconcile my weekend w/drawals...

Cheers Scooper - did you withdraw via bank transfer or debit card if you don't mind me asking?

I've just opened an account with them, had the free bet and little else, got a small balance but can't withdraw it until I've staked 3 times my deposit. I only bet on horses so I'm now going to be forced to play the casino until I've covered the stakes! I doubt I'll be left with anything to withdraw, it's only £15 so I'm not bothered though
