when 2 members of staff are working one will do the job of 'floorwalker' greet customers and offer tea and coffee or any help with bets etc.oh and when not busy they will be expected to 'keep the shop tidy'

there is a betfred near me, they have a box "keep it tidy" you put all your loosing bet slips in the box and they say you get a free £1 lucky 15 at the end of the month. Yeah right! I love to win, and then attempt to smash them with their own bet. 
During a quiet period in the day and with two staff on I would expect one of them to ensure the shop was in good order regards to tidiness, up to date displays and coupons, slips and pens well supplied etc. That is a given to me and hardly an unreasonable ask, it's surely part of the job to ensure the shop is presentable. Do you want to go to a shop with litter, cans, chip wrappers etc scattered all over the place amongst the assembled rabble?
Id expect those FOBT's to remain well buffed and Mr Pledged atleast hourly
Most ''decent'' punters want the old geezer with toilet problems banded ! 
plunger and domestos hourly scrub in the loo's a given
