Francome & McGrath Apologists for a terrible ride by O'Brien. Went the wrong way down the rail and was way too cocky. Encke grabbed first run and Camelot made up lengths in last furlong. Would Piggott have lost on that?

it wasnt a bad ride at all. he gave the horse every chance to quicken and pick up the winner but the horse couldnt. the winner actually quickened away from camelot. camelot was gaining at the end but wasnt good enough. i thought it was a fine ride

Didn't have a penny on the race, just an observer. Probably the wise bet was the winner each way given the trainer track record but left the race alone.

Dont know if i watched the same race but i thought the best horse won, wasnt a great ride by Joey but winner won well. Fallon wouldn't of won on Camelot today imo
