Can anyone explain why the english handicapper as not added another 9lbs to its irish rating. Its irish rating his 138 but can run here off 134, The top weight His Excellency runs off mark of 137 ( irish mark 128). could enyone explain why cause of causes does not get an extra 9lbs from the English handicapper ?.thanks
