The firm I work for is in the process of being bought over by Ladbrokes and i'm wondering how the staff are treated.
Do they pay a bonus, are they single staffed,what's the going rate for a manager in a low grade shop, can you progress in the company if you've got brains etc.

Would echo that 100%..... the terms and conditions their staff work under border on the way you would expect an animal to suffer at the local farm
Leave know mate they are scum pay £6.45 work till midnight and no bonus
I believe The Fenman is an expert in this particuler field 
Surely they can't be that bad there must be some staff with good things to say.
Factory conditions under pit the younger were better no settling required just take th cash and empty the fobt
The sad reality is, as long as you role through the door at some point near to opening time and the machines are switched on that is all they care about
You will be left alone at night to face the drunks,druggies and thieves.
I worked for the for two years and it was the worst job ive ever had. Robbed them soft and left, ha
They didnt press charges because they were all ambiguous bets, couldnt be proved what they were meant to say.ha
