Well done Wesdag - That's extraordinary - is there no level that cannot sink to. All it takes is somebody to monitor the forum or look at the pictures- they will know instantaneously if there is a problem.

Wesdag, they are lying then because i reported it to the helpdesk after the blank screen at ffos - 2nd time! They were made aware of it then (30mins ago!) - and was told they would look to get it fixed asap! - just fobbing us off once more

the atr logos on the pictures should have given it away

Apart from BCM2 , who seems to have disappeared, they seem to be a waste of space.

they shouldnt say 'customers experiencing problems' they should say 'warning these pics are further delayed'
anyone not up with the issues might see pics and think some are having problems but they are working for me, and get robbed IR using them.

'extreme weather conditions' - ok it's a bit wet at FFos Las but I live 5 miles from Fontwell and at best it's slightly cloudy . Somebody is seriously lying.

Complete evening ruined - ta Betfair providers.

Makes you wonder whether they are actually bothering trying - just put a few platitudes on the service forum and that will keep everybody quiet.
