I think it is fair to say that Galileos level of performance in the derby would be good enough to win 9 out of 10 derbys. They must have some idea were Camelot rates in comparison to him as that would give them a confident guide. I have only heard one horse be mentioned in the same breath as the great Galileo and that was Yeats after he won his maiden as a two year old and after following the same trials on route to derby and winning them easy he was about 3/1 for derby until he got injured two weeks before race. I doubt Camelot is up to there level and That makes him more beatable then people realise.

5 star lay @ 1.68 on here at present
but to answer your question regard the horses standing from a cmmercial point of view the BALLYDOYLE P.R machine has no equal when it comes to selling it's future stallions so for that reason in theirs eyes he will be the next PEGASUS

Feck me, in just about every post-race interview that O'Brien gives, he compares whatever horse of his they're talking about to Pegasus.

I don`t think it matters, all Camelot can do is beat easily the opposition put in front of him which in my opinion is poor but you could argue the same applied to Galileo`s Derby. The real question arises when he takes on the older generation and how he performs. However he progresses, with the demise of Montjeu, I would expect him to retire at the end of his 3 year old career.
