Well for your information there is no difference under the Theft Act 1968 for what the Racing Post did,no discrimination for the amount of money obtained by deception or the means by which the deception is carried out. The trouble with some people is they do not have the balls or the knowledge to take on an apparently stronger opponent........if the RP think they have been libeled in any way I am here and waiting. |
