Looks to have 8-11 and a 4lb penalty. But the conditions state 4lb pen for winning a "class 3 or 4" race.
According to the Racing Post, his windsor maiden was class 5.
Any logical suggestions?

ive seen this before.
sometimes class 5's are treated as class 4's for penalty purposes.
