removing cards from betfair

i have a card that i wish to remove from my account , the card its self is black so wont photocopy very well , i have no scanner or digital camera , so bearing in mind that betfair need to be careful about people laundering money ,i also send a copy of my driving license , and passport to betfair to ensure them it was me , with also my mobile number so if they wished they could ring me to do any further security checks , i have now been asked to send my front copy of my card statement which i will send tomorrow , this as now being going on for a week , i would be annoyed if it wasnt for the fact that i am now finding the situation funny , you couldnt make it up
