Just like trying to watch British Racing on the Web, from outside Britain -
Trying to watch Australian racing on the Web from outside Australia is a no-go, too.

There is a site called bigpond - which you have to join -

But coverage is limited to major Australian tracks - IF you can actually get it.

You could try australianracing.com to see if that works, you need to sign up though, or get the australian racing iphone app...I used to be able to watch it from Australia but they blocked it for me, not sure if it will work for you.
