would you get refunded if say:   absolutely ridiculous that you get refunded on a dead horse, its opened up a lot of new angles for punters to review what if a horse has a heart attack and dies in the stalls, the race would still run, but how would they be able to have deemed the dead horse as a runner if he was allready dead ?????
