It is on Attheraces (ATR) every night - from 2 am - continuously, until 6 am, usually -
although it was on until 8 am this morning ....
But the Clocks 'go back' an hour in Australia tonight.... so 7 am will be the limit.
No Internet WEb streams - outside of Australia - other than on that you need to sign up to, etc. - that MAY work outside of Australia - nit sure, though.
Ask for that site on the Australian Forum.

doesnt show all the racing but will show all the good stuff. basically shows Vic and NSW racing. normally two cards a day.

Not too sure that bigpond - the ^ above site - will work outside of OZ, though.
Just as you, usually, cannot view British ATR and RUK sites outside of the UK.
