NYE looks very good , the thing that worries me is that the Bumper is a notouriously messy/rough race and NYE is a Montjeu.
Pique Sous for me. Looked pretty good at Leopardstown last time.

CN - apologies I've had it in my head he's a Montjeu ever since i was told to back him back in Jan , yes I know he's a Motivator but I keep saying Montjeu ...must be the hangover (lierally) from HF

four year olds do win this race, it's just that not many of them run...cue card , dato star and another one that slips my memory have won, and i remember one of Webber's running a huge race 5/6 years ago,later went to jonjo...
I've got no idea who is going to win this one, but I do feel Clonbanan Lad is overpriced if he handles the better ground so i'm just having a small ew nibble
i find it quite incredible this horse is favourite,wouldn't win if it started now,
wouldn't get up the hill in a horse box,flat track bully and is by an absolute pig of a sire,Motivator.
in fact,this horse should not be allowed run in a bumper given it's pedigree,
The further it's beaten the better,might stop his ex bloodstock agent of a trainer running well bred horses in Bumpers.
although nothing really to worry about with this one,Bred for the flat so wont have the guts to battle with the national hunt breds.
will have cried enough two out

I backed Pressgang of Webber's just beat by Hairy Molly. And De Soto that was 2nd(2nd to Missed That) they were two 4 year olds Webber had, coincidently Refinement was 4th for Jonjo in that Bumper ridden by K.Fallon
