Too many triers makes it harder. We all know the record of shorties at Cheltenham they all seem to have great chances yet it never seems to work's out as punters would want it to.

Kauto star i think was the last odds on jolly to be beaten at the festival in 2010 Gold Cup, it was the same year that dunguib got turned over at 4-5 in the opening race.
The previous year, there were odds on jollies turned over in consecutive races , voy por ustedes in the ryanair and kasbah bliss in the stayer's hurdle.

I think from a previous thread that odds on shots have about a 50% strike rate at the festival, although there are very few of them, usually 2 per festival.
Master Minded the last I think!, after Dunguib. I think from a previous thread that odds on shots have about a 50% strike rate at the festival, although there are very few of them, usually 2 per festival.
There some e/w lucky 15 value possibly in the non handicaps against these shorties if you can get 4 placed at decent odds or possibly with a bit of luck some winners.

Hurricane Fly, Big Buck's and Quevega look good favs to win their races not too many on form to upset the applecart but it's Cheltenham and you can't be sure.

Most gamblers are addicted to gambling, but they only gamble away what they can afford lose. Nevertheless the amounts must pile up, and even modest regular losses can pile up into a tidy sum over the years.
Gamble by all means if you enjoy it, but I’ve always advocated betting to minimum stakes, and only increasing stakes out of any profits that might accrue. The bigger the bet the bigger the mug is certainly true in the vast majority of cases.

He got expelled while I was away mito - but I think he was at a low point (to which he was prone) and had a bit of a racist rant.
Not condoning that - but he made me laugh out loud more than any other poster - and every forum worth it's salt should have a caps lock nutter imo.

I knew/worked with one years ago, was warned by workmates ten minutes into my first shift not to lend him money. Owed just about everybody there AND SOME. We were working twelve hour nights back then. On friday mornings he would stay up, wages in pocket, wait for the bookies to open then go and blow the lot. What is WRONG with these people?

I got a lifetime ban (rescinded after about 10 years for good behaviour - well, I just asked if I could have it back - and they said yes!). I went a bit mental after the PC was introduced and also got into a "discussion" with another poster about the "merits" of the "cash-out" product. It turned out he was the product manager for BF cash-out!
I warmly welcome any "rolls" but only if they are entertaining and the current crop are all just bores.

No worries, mitolo, I can understand your vagueness, must be too embarrassing to divulge the specific details, including the names of those you attacked and bullied.
