Hey Aviboyd, I think your comment "it has been a lot worse" has no significance unless you believe that a second rate service is acceptable? Unfortunately all those that complain still seem to comeback each and every time. I am not griping over the poor site service, just it seems a tad strange that a "major customer improvement upgrade" has recently taken place and the site service remains the same. Go figure!!
