Ironically, Hurricane Fly, who had just dotted up in the Irish Champion Hurdle to provoke this thread, was turned over at Cheltenham, finishing third behind Rock on Ruby.

I should think a lot of racegoers are looking forward to the champion hurdle and I’m sure the owners are who keep the game going.
