I know...

But doesn't Betfair limit Exposure of that size?

How come you went full bank? also if the horse was still running surely it wasn't trading at 1000/1 even though Thommo is useless

Does he know what it cost you?

By:

When: 02 Sep 15 22:50
you can change your exposure limit to what you want...i had 250,000 in account and was laying for £150 @1000...it went 1000 cos he said it had fallen so everything got wiped out momentarily..he no doubt was informed it some stage of the implications...i dont blame him..colours were similar...my fault for taking notice.

maybe he should ask for a refund

Rodia repect

how the hell you came back from that? and when you saw the horse was still running you stomach must of dropped

so then it went onto win, did it win easily?

bond i had started to go to thornaby trading shop in april 07 cos i'd lost the raw feed at home...i'd won 180k in the 1st 9-10 weeks i'd been in thornaby then lost the 150k so wasnt the end of the world..it was 14/1...was under pressure most of the race then about 4 out it took the lead and soon went 20L clear.

Fairly sure that Koo's 1000 winner - there was £237 put up - was a race in Ireland.

It won easy and I think the price was about 9/2

I did something like it myself I set up my computer to lay horses when they were at a price in running my price would be the next price laid

What happened was the next price was 100/1 and my bank went in one go agggggggggggggggggg

Afterwards I thought to myself what a c*** I should have only left a certain amount in my account at any one time so it could not clean me out

Warwick if you read this I would advise you to do the same so you limit any possible loss

no bond i sort of froze...the ironic thing is that week at 8pm on the fri nite i was 16,000 up on the week...in hindsight i shud have tried to get 16,000 on it in running soon as i realised what i'd done then even if it got beat i'd have been level on the week...its all so easy after the event though Happy
