To the Chepstow stewards

I have been critical of you in the past, particularly when it comes to horses being given quiet rides in novice hurdles. I have even questioned your integrity on occasion.
However I would like to say well done today, it look a bit of courage to pick up Tradtional Bob and penalise the people involved. Keep it up and let's hope a few other courses follow your example.
