Back home in a couple of days, nothing to recommend the UK for OTHER than the racing.Cold and miserable, corruption rife from top to bottom.
At least at home corruption is part and parcel of daily living and open, the weather is miles better.
The one thing we dont have is racing like the UK,nowhere else on the planet has it.Protect it and nurture it,be vocal in defence of it because once it is destroyed there will be nothing left worth bothering about on the lump of rock that has little else going for it.
Nothing beats Uk and Ire racing..they can flip and change rules all the time but racing wins all day long...it is all about adapting to changes and ignoring the bhb who are determined to kill the sport by pressure ..paul roy should be history, he has single minded tried to ruin the sport by lining his own fat pocket in the process, but i sat there today and watched every race and realised we live in a world of racing heaven and the bhb and roy cannot and will not take that away from us...once rid of him, racing for change old charge and a new breed come to the helm, then racing will conquer all...i have no doubt in my mind that racing is a better place once a new change occurs..how it happens is a new question but roy has to go...wont back down, should go down is his new moto..long live proper racing...unlike the forest legend Brian Roy, paul the crowd do not like you anymore..but hope your new born is fit and healthy as is your partner as nothing in this world is as pure as a new born..good luck in your new career as a stay at home father (please for racings sake)
