A little tap on a human's hand. Is that all the proof we have that a whip doesn't hurt? It is all we seem to see being repeated or talked about over and over again. It proves absolutely nothing and will not move anyone's stance on either side of the argument. A totally pointless exercise.

The camera caught a brief glimpse of an unblinking and unsmiling Luck whilst the world horse welfare man was speaking this morning and it sent a shiver down the spine
