Jockeys were then informed of the new Rules - along with everybody else - on Sept 27th The Rules were implemented on Oct 10th. |

Problem is jockeys are as clueless as the BHA. As Darley just said, this was agreed and only when the fines came in did they object, and Darley still can't say much about the jumps until the season is in full swing.
