Notes from Stewards enquiry

Steward. You are hear to answer questions as to why your mount finished 4th on the bridle in the last hurdle race. can you tell us why?
Jockey. early in the race the horse didnt seem to want to go si I used my whip several times to get him to race therefore I could not use my whip from 4 out to enable me to try and win race.
Steward. Ok thats satisfactory as we wouldnt want you to break the whip rules.
Jockey. just going to pick up the 40k I made backing the fav in that last race. thanks to everyone at the BHA.
