jockeys are officially set to STRIKE next monday

I've just read it and had it confirmed; any action, of course, depends on the response of BHA tomorrow to talks held earlier this week with the Professional Jockeys' Association (PJA) that re-affirmed its position in the racing post today. apparently a lot of retrospective action is demanded, including reviews of richard hughes' situation and the 'seizing' of wages earned by christophe soumillon who has alreasdy consulted a leading french-based lawman.
