Although there are just 5 runners here, i have received info that the fav here Coach Lane is highly unlikely to be winning. I was told that although the horse looks well handicapped on old form, it will need soft ground to have a decent chance of winning again. Todays ground is firm and i am told that it is just way too quick for it, even with McCoy on board. As for what will win, all the remaining runners can be given a chance tbh though the most positive comments i received were for Morestead and Rory Boy. Personally i am laying Coach Lane in the win and place markets.
This is the best chance of win that Coach Lane has had in months.
3/1 is a very fair price running against gaff horses.
In fact is very close to my NAP of the day.

Don't get me wrong Hibore, i dont want to suggest it is not trying as i am sure it will be. Just that all i was told was these days the horse will need give in the ground in order to have a sound chance of winning. As you say, the opposition is poor and it may well get away with it. Personally i dont think it will even against this motley bunch of rogues, and at 3/1 and even money the place, i think it is worth taking on.
