Paul Roy is obviously the wrong man for the job, the BHA should have a guy who knows horse racing and in my opinion the right man for the job is John Gosden. Paul Roy has done everything in his power to destroy the sport of Horse Racing and i feel fridays report on the Whip rules will not be in the jockeys favour as Roy and his over-paid cronnies are to toffee-nosed to accept they got it all wrong.
