1) Ban Whip altogether
2) Make whip of lighter material max 6/7 whips
3) As it is ie. 6 or 7 whips with current whip
4) No whip limit
5) No whip limit and the old firm stick that you could really give a horse 'the office' with
6) Jockeys can take the bare skin off the @rse of the beast with the cat o nine tails for all I care. Horses are just a vehicle for my betting
