realistaly if you break the rules you should not be allowed to win
this is not a comment on the currrent whip rules but with the current rules in place soumoullion made an infrigement

He was beaten by the better horse on the day, 1 ex crack of whip made no diff 2 the result. He`s a gd tough horse, but no superstar.
