QUESTION: Has the BHB taken the decision autonomously? Or WITH consultation and advice from other Federations???
QUESTION: If a British jock goes to America and gives something eight cracks in a race over THERE can he be banned and serve a ban here?
QUESTION: If an American Jock comes here and picks up a ban is it enforceable back in the US?

NOT QUESTIONING the need to keep abreast of science and equine welfare etc (NOT concerned about the public opinion!) but the timing of this has been shocking, coming just before the biggest day in British racing with limited consultation in the UK and limited warning or breaking in period...AND the quantity of days seems really rather excessive...

Think they've shot themselves in the foot and authorities need to take a ruddy good look and hold their hands up, learn some people management skills  and stop being so dictatorial and inflexible
