so true, says he has been banned for using whip 6 times, obviously struggles with then old counting
If they are made to wear lace up boots they will be really fooked.
It is not as simplistic as you think,they are being asked to count the strokes overall and then have a second tot for the last furlong and all the while controlling a racehorse.
